The attractively equipped kitchen makes feeding the family a cinch, offering both a standard coffee maker and a Keurig, a dining table with seating for six, and additional seating at the counter.

The bedrooms include a primary suite with a TV and its own full bathroom. Need a break from the kids? Send the teenagers downstairs to the additional room off the carport with a TV, a microwave, and a minifridge with another Keurig. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer, complimentary WiFi, local phone access, and a gas grille.

• Owners sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your family.
• Property management companies often offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses.
