The cavernous living room is a great place to watch TV or play a captivating game of charades, while the adjacent deck is just the spot for a nightcap while making plans for tomorrow’s adventures. The attractively equipped kitchen makes feeding the family a cinch, offering both a standard coffee maker and a Keurig, a dining table with seating for six, and additional seating at the counter.

The bedrooms include a primary suite with a TV and its own full bathroom. Need a break from the kids? Send the teenagers downstairs to the additional room off the carport with a TV, a microwave, and a minifridge with another Keurig. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer, complimentary WiFi, local phone access, and a gas grille.

  • June, July, and August are high season in Atlantic Beach. To find the best value, change your vacation to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer pleasant temperatures, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your group qualifies for a discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance.   • Just prior to departing, take a final walk-through to confirm you have not leave anything behind. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
