The Space:
At Fairfield Harbour step into your new home away from home. You'll adore your 2 bedroom Loft that is 1500 sq ft! The master bedroom has a queen bed, an attached en suite and jetted tub. The second bedroom and loft have 4 twin beds. The living room has a queen couch beds. This Loft can accommodate up to 8 guests!  A full kitchen and a dining room, accepts you the option to prepare your own meals and savor the convenience of dining in. It also includes a washer and dryer in-unit. With all the necessary amenities, and so much fun to have at the resort, you're sure to make many phenomenal memories!

When to visit New Bern & When to reserve a Crystal Coast rental home:

  • Summer months are high season in the Crystal Coast area. Booking in the Spring or Fall is a great way to save money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes.
  • The sooner you can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable properties are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation rental up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your vacation rental.
  • Some owners offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your group.
  • Property management companies usually offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses.
